We have extensively adapted skills from a restaurant kitchen to bespoke small-scale home delivery business and a passion for hand rolled Sushi. During the Pandemic home delivery became the norm and this is where we found our niche.
Our aim is solely to offer the freshest possible Sushi to our customers wherever they are; home, work, or event. Delivering throughout Milton Keynes we want you to feel part of our club where you can enjoy fresh food with your family or friends wherever you chose.
Maki
Maki is made in rolls and sliced into round bite-size pieces. In a maki roll, the fish, vegetables or other ingredients are rolled up inside of seaweed (nori) and vinegared rice. The outside may be sprinkled with fish roe, sesame seeds or other ingredients. Maki may contain pieces of raw or cooked seafood, chicken or vegetables.
California Roll
A California roll or (California maki) is a makizushi sushi roll that is usually rolled inside-out, and containing cucumber, crab, chicken or Salmon and avocado. Often the outer layer of rice in an inside-out roll (uramaki) and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. This can also then be topped with spicy mayo and crispy onions to make the very popular Crunch Roll.
Nigiri
Nigiri sushi isn't rolled like maki. Instead, a thin slice of raw or cooked fish is layered atop a mound of vinegary rice. Typically, a small amount of wasabi is placed between the fish and the rice. In some case a small strip of toasted seaweed is wrapped around, or nori may be used instead.
